While selecting the Colocation
partners for Drushti, our priority was more of reliability and sustainability
of the back force behind the datacenter, of course speed, bandwidth, power
back-up, physical security, peering with other internet service provider's
being the other reason.
As we could find only one partner in India who could
cater our needs which was none other than Videsh Sanchar Nigam
(VSNL). We incorporate the latest technologies in
firewall technologies like stateful inspection to ensure the network
level security of colocated servers. Bandwidth is continuously monitored
in all the colocated servers, with a provision for a triggering action
like SMS upon covering threshold. The inbound and outbound traffic details
to the servers are made available to the customers by means of graphical
representations.
